Shipping and return conditions
We do our utmost best to deliver the products as quickly as possible. We strive to ship the products that have been ordered before 16:00 on the same day.
Order not received?
In case you did not receive your ordered products within three working days, please contact us via email@example.com and include at least the order number, name and address details of your order.
Does your order fit through the mailbox?
All products that fit through the letterbox are shipped with DPD. If you have questions about the status of your order, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and include at least the order number, name and address details of your order.
Shipment costs óf what does it cost to ship my order?
We do not charge shipping costs for orders above €25. For orders below €25 we charge €1.95 shipping costs.
In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or when you have accidentally ordered the wrong products, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt. The costs of returning the products are at your own expense. You can fill in the return form here.
We do our utmost best to pack our products as good as possible. If it happens that your products are unexpectedly broken, please contact us via email@example.com before you return it. In case the products are broken upon arrival, the costs of returning the products are at BeHello’s expense.
When will I get a refund?
Once we receive your item, our aim is to initiate a refund to your account within 14 days.
